Trek Itinerary

Day 01: Report at Base camp Naggar, (5,800 feet).

Forenoon: Acclimatization trek to the Heritage village Naggar, visit Naggar castle, Roerich art gallery and ancient temples.

Afternoon: Mountain sports climbing, High rope activities: Commando net, Swinging bridge, Plank walk, Burma bridge, sloth walk and obstacles. The day ends with orientation, preparation for the trek & bone fire after dinner.

Day 02: NAGGAR - SHANGCHAR - RIZING (9500 feet) 3/4 Hrs

Transfer from Naggar to Shangchar by cabs/ private coach to the starting point of trek. The trek starts from the old and picturesque village Shangchar. Its an uphill trek to the beautiful meadow Rizing. Camp commands beautiful view of the surrounding peaks which dominate the scene. Overnight camp at Rizing.

Day 03: RIZING - KHORSHU ( 10,500 Feet) ( 3/4 HRS )

Its again an uphill trek with some breathtaking views through the forest of silver oak. Overnight camp at Khorshu.


Today it is a steady ascend on a snowfield with the scenic ridges to Rani Sui Lake. The lake at Rani Sui is a small mountain tarn with a 360 degree view of the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges. Evening back to Khorshu camp.

Day 05: KHORSHU - SHALEEN - NAGGAR ( 3/4 Hrs )

Descend down to the village Shaleen till road head, from where you will be directly transferred to Naggar by cabs. Overnight camp at Naggar.

Day 06: The programme will conclude after breakfast.


Take an excursion through the amazing trails of Himachal Pradesh and witness the magnificence of the Himalayan Lake on the trek to Rani Sui Lake. Enjoy a reprieve far from the contamination and hustle clamor of the city and spend the end of the week in the midst of the appealing heaps of Himachal Pradesh. With many trekking choices, Manali serves as the base camp for some great treks in the Himalayas. Cross the excellent and untouched Knolls of this valley and get a brilliant perspective of Manaslu Glacier, Dhauladhar and PirPanjal Ranges including Hanuman Tibba, DeoTibba, and Rohtang pass. Our trek begins from Manali, a lovely slope station enclosed by snow-topped mountains and thick rich timberland. We will remain in Old Manali, that has still kept up its appeal and it is one of the best places to remain in Manali. Investigate the town and invest some energy by Beas River for an extraordinary affair. Our next stop will be Lama Dugh, a level studded with lively and rich high blossoms. The precise following day we will trek up to the captivating Rani Sui, a genuinely direct trek which is en route to Kalihani Pass and Bara Bhangal. With the changing scenes of mountains and knolls, Rani Sui trek is a picture taker's heaven. As we plummet the following day, we will trek through soak edge underneath KhanpariTibba. Respect the delightful perspective of the entire upper Kullu and Manali arranged flawlessly by Beas River. In the wake of spending a night at Duddu Thatch which offers a 360 degree perspective of the whole PirPanjal and Dhauladhar Ranges, we will plummet down to Manali. There is nothing superior to anything a daring end of the week, so design it now and go for the Rani Sui Lake Trek in the Himalayas.

A great deal of preparation has gone into the planning of the trek route ensuring safety. Our camp and group leaders have been constantly visiting the area to check all details. You should, therefore not deviate from the set rout without first informing your group/ camp leaders and getting their consent in writing to that effect. While every care has been taken to ensure the safety of the participants, Blue Meridian cannot be held responsible for any death, accident, illness and such other unforeseen eventualities. For the duration of the trek, group unforeseen eventualities. For the duration of the trek, group insurance will be done. Cost is included in the participation fees.

We will provide a sack and blanket or sleeping bag. Arrangements will be made to keep your extra luggage at the base camp.

Rules for cancellation

The cancellation charges are as under.

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the tour - 5% deduction.

  • Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the tour - 10% deduction.

  • Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the tour - no refund.
